Returns & Refunds

Everything in The Breakfast Shop is made to order. Because of this, we generally don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, sizing issues, or accidental orders.

If something isn’t right — your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please email us at hello@thebreakfast.app within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo. We’ll look into it and take care of it.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@thebreakfast.app. Once an order has entered production, we’re no longer able to cancel or modify it.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your item, just let us know and we’ll find the best way forward.

For customers in the European Union

Our products are made specifically for each order. For this reason, the EU right of withdrawal doesn’t apply. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or incorrect — in those cases, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Refunds (when applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5–10 business days to appear.

One last thing

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
